Our team was proud to exhibit at CATEX 2025 in Dublin, Ireland, one of the country’s leading foodservice and hospitality events. Held at the RDS in Dublin, the exhibition provided an excellent platform to showcase our latest capabilities, connect with industry professionals, and strengthen relationships with both existing and prospective clients across Ireland and beyond.
At this year’s event, we highlighted our sealing machine technology, demonstrated the benefits of sous vide cooking, and shared our expertise in advanced food packaging solutions for the Irish hospitality and food production sectors. A key highlight of our stand was the Valko Leonardo Infrared Oven, which generated significant interest among attendees for its innovation, efficiency, and versatility in professional kitchens throughout Dublin and Ireland.
Supporting our presence was our wonderful Italian chef, Luca, who travelled to Dublin especially for CATEX 2025. His live cooking demonstrations and delicious samples brought our equipment to life, allowing visitors to experience first-hand the quality, consistency, and performance our solutions can deliver in real-world foodservice environments.
Visitors to our stand included chefs, restaurant owners, caterers, and food industry professionals from across Dublin and Ireland. They were able to see how our sealing machines, sous vide solutions, and food packaging expertise can help improve efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain high standards in commercial kitchens.
