Blow Torches & Refills help chefs finish dishes with a caramelised or glazed touch, a handy tool for dessert sections and dishes needing a quick burst of direct heat. From crème brûlée to meringue, a torch gives control that a grill or salamander can't match for small, precise finishing work.

We stock torches and butane refills suited to everyday kitchen finishing tasks.
