Depending on the type of dough or batter, you can set the dough mixer to your desired speed: 80, 160 or a top speed of 310 RPM.

In addition to pizza dough, the planetary mixer can also handle up to 16kg of bread dough. The minimum amount of bread dough that can be kneaded is 5kg. Thanks to the lever on the side, you can easily lower the filled mixing bowl after kneading.
