Do I need to have a business account to purchase items?

While Flannery Group supply businesses across Ireland with catering and hygiene products, you do not have to be a business to shop with us. We welcome orders of every size from all types of customers!

Do you have a showroom?

We currently do not have a showroom to browse products. However, for our full product ranges, you can shop online or browse our product catalogues. For businesses, we can also arrange sampling and sourcing of items under specific request.

Do you deliver outside the Republic of Ireland?

We currently only deliver within Ireland, including the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. For more delivery information, see here.

How do I set up a business/trade account with you?

Can I return products?

The goods are faulty, what should I do?

We are always sorry to hear about goods that arrive faulty or damaged but we understand that these things can happen. Please contact us at info@FlanneryGroup.ie to report faulty or damaged goods to our team and allow us to rectify the situation.

Do you provide finance options?

At Flannery Group, we provide in-house financing, this means we don’t partner with third party providers. This allows us to keep extra costs at a minimum and provide low interest repayments to customers and businesses alike. I have an invoice/accounts query relating to my trade account, where can I contact accounts?
