double athermic glazing, the adjustable door has a food-grade silicon seal. An

inlet and outlet valves for steam production.
The user-friendly digital control panel features a clear LCD
display and touch buttons. It offers 99 preset programmes with three adjustable
phases including steam level, temperature, and cooking time. You can modify and
store custom programmes in the oven’s memory.
