Robust device

This professional oven features a fully stainless steel construction and an easily adjustable door with double athermal glazing. It's also equipped with powerful, stainless steel heating elements and a safety switch to prevent overheating. This bakery oven has two fans with a reverse function to ensure an even and consistent temperature in the most efficient way possible. It also stands on four height-adjustable feet for added convenience.

Easy operation

Thanks to the digital control on the touch display, you can easily set the moisture content, temperature and time as needed. The cooking time can be set in both hours and minutes. With a wide temperature range from 30 to 260°C and ten steam levels, you always get the very best results. There is also lighting in the inner chamber for easy viewing of products. The stainless steel housing, door and inner chamber can all be cleaned quickly and effortlessly, due to the smooth surface and rounded corners.
