The oven features powerful stainless steel heating elements
and three fans with a reverse function for even cooking. The door, with double
athermal glazing and a food-grade silicone seal, is easily adjustable. Interior
lighting allows monitoring of cooking progress. Equipped with water inlet and
outlet valves, the oven’s analogue controls let you adjust timer, temperature
(50-270°C), and steam regulation (0-100%). A temperature indicator light shows
when the set temperature is reached.
