When you use a deep fryer daily, this kitchen appliance must be durable and long-lasting. In addition, an appliance that is used intensively must also be able to withstand rough handling. This premium gas deep fryer was specially designed for use in large kitchens, hotels and restaurants. You can use this deep fryer in a cooking line and expand it with an open stainless steel base or a closed base with a door. The top is seamlessly welded and the monoblock deep fryer has a capacity of 2 x 22 litres for frying large portions of snacks, fries, vegetables, fish and other products.

With a pilot flame

This powerful fryer works on gas (LPG or natural gas) and can be set to a temperature between 110 and 190⁰C. The ergonomic and hygienic design makes it a fine appliance to work with. For safety, a gas safety valve with a thermocouple is built in. Furthermore, the fryer is equipped with a pilot light. The deep fryer also features a drain tap for easy removal of frying oil. The deep fryer comes standard with a stainless steel lid and frying basket.

Easy cleaning

All parts of the fryer are made from stainless steel. In combination with the rounded corners, this ensures easy cleaning of the appliance and better hygiene. The stainless steel housing can be cleaned with a damp cloth. The frying basket and the lid can be soaked in warm, soapy water. After cleaning, dry everything with a soft cloth and the fryer is ready for use again.
