Using a hot griddle, like this premium electric one from Maxima, you can make the tastiest dishes! This double electric griddle has a steel grill plate with both grooved and smooth sides that is 2mm thick and has an elegant satin finish. It can be placed in a cooking line and you can even order a base (either with a door or as an open base) as an additional accessory to make your work easier.

Because the heat is always evenly distributed, you can use the entire cooking surface while grilling, making it very efficient. Easy to clean

Underneath the device is a removable drip tray that collects the grease produced during cooking. This has a large capacity of one litre so that you can continue cooking for a long time without having to empty it. Thanks to the smooth surfaces of the stainless steel housing and splash guards, they are easy to clean. A damp cloth, warm water and a mild detergent are all you need for this. For any stubborn residue, you can also use a scraper. Make sure all parts are dried properly before you use it again.
