The griddle is designed to distribute heat evenly so that ingredients are cooked simultaneously. A stainless steel splash guard is fitted to the back and sides to prevent oil splashes.

For use in a cooking line

This professional griddle is equipped with a large outlet to make it easy to operate. The grill plate works on gas and is fitted with a pilot light and a gas safety valve with a thermocouple. You can use the griddle with LPG or natural gas. To make the use of the grill even more efficient, the cooking zones operate independently from each other. Thanks to the large 1-litre drip tray, this grill plate is safe to use. The griddle can be placed independently, within a cooking line, or on a stainless steel trolley, which can be ordered separately.

Removable drip tray

Cleaning this professional griddle is very easy. The drip tray is removable and the housing is made from stainless steel. To clean, use a damp cloth, warm water and a mild detergent. Before you start cleaning, remove any coarse food residue with a scraper. Want to remove stubborn dirt? Heat the grill to 70ºC and wipe the surface clean with a cloth. It is advisable, however, to wear gloves to avoid burning your fingers when cleaning.
