This grill plate can be built into a cooking wall or line and can be expanded with stainless steel support. All parts are made of high-quality materials. Flavours and vitamins are retained for longer by food prepared on a grill plate. This griddle is designed to distribute heat evenly so that the tastiest meat and fish dishes come out perfectly cooked. In addition, the grill plate has a large drainage hole for easy handling. Grease can be collected in the 1 litre collection tray provided.

Efficient in use

Thanks to its independent cooking zones, this gas grill is efficient to use. Stainless steel splash guards installed on the back and sides of the griddle prevent oil splatters. The temperature regulator allows you to set temperatures between 50ºC and 300ºC. The grill heats up quickly thanks to the stainless steel burners and the Piezzo Spark Ignition. The installed gas injectors work on G25 natural gas. In addition, the grill is equipped with an extra set of gas injectors working on G30 LPG (propane/butane).

Made entirely from stainless steel

Since this gas griddle is made from stainless steel, it is easy to clean. Coarse debris is easily removed with a brush or a scraper. Stubborn dirt? Heat the appliance to 75°C and pour a little water on the grill surface. Put on gloves and clean the grill surface. Then wipe everything down with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Thanks to the rubber feet, this professional grill stands firm and stable during use.
