Indirect heating system

The double wall filled with water on the inside of the boiling pan creates an indirect heating system. The safety thermostat warns against a low water level so that food does not burn quickly. The lid of the cooking pot is double-layered and equipped with a counterweight mechanism so that you can easily open and close it. Thanks to the extra-insulating material from which the pan is made, heat loss and energy consumption are kept at a minimum. The pan is very user-friendly and has a practical manometer. This boiling pan works on gas and the throttle valves are electronically controlled, just like the ignition system. The micro-perforated burners are made from stainless steel and are equipped with flame protection.

Easy to clean

This powerful boiling pan is made from stainless steel and is very easy to clean. Stainless steel is best cleaned with a damp cloth, warm water and a mild detergent. After cleaning, it is advisable to dry everything thoroughly with a soft cloth. In addition, this professional boiling pan is equipped with sturdy legs for extra stability.
