This Hot Pot has a stainless steel pan to heat various types of food and to keep sauces warm. The pan has a capacity of 5 liters and can be used for catering purposes, in professional kitchens or food trucks.

The 5-litre Hot Pot is ideal for heating food and sauces in professional kitchens. This electric Hot Pot features a built-in heating element and you can place the removable pan on top of it. This method ensures that your food is dry-heated from the bottom. The Hot Pot is perfect for sauces, soups, noodles, sliced meat and more.

Quick warming of food

Ensure the Hot Pot is placed on a stable surface. Fill the removable pan with your desired food or liquids. Switch on the Hot Pot and adjust the temperature within the range of 30 to 110°C. Monitor the temperature control light to confirm the desired temperature is reached. If needed, add more ingredients. Once the food is heated, serve it or reduce the temperature to avoid burning. The Hot Pot includes a lid with a spoon recess for convenient serving.

Easy to clean 

Allow the Hot Pot to cool down to avoid burns. Take out any leftover food and remove the pan. Clean the pan and lid in the dishwasher or by hand. Wipe the exterior of the machine with a damp cloth and mild detergent. After cleaning, ensure both the machine and pan are dry before placing the pan back in.
